◆ The reservation can be rescheduled or canceled in the event of force majeure circumstances, such as transportation disruptions due to natural disasters or issuance of onshore typhoon warnings by the Central Meteorological Bureau (based on the conditions stipulated by the county and city government where the hotel is situated).
◆If a reservation for a voucher booking is canceled on the check-in date or the guest checks out without notifying the hotel, the voucher will become void and cannot be used for further consumption.
◆ In case of a change of check-in date, please notify the hotel at least eight days before the original check-in date (excluding the check-in date). The deposit for this reservation will be held valid for three months or can be refunded, but a 10% processing fee will be charged.
◆ To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 14 days before the date of arrival. ◆ If the cancellation is requested 10 to 13 days before the date of arrival, 70% of the rate will be refunded. ◆ If the cancellation is requested 7 to 9 days before the date of arrival, 50% of the rate will be refunded. ◆ If the cancellation is requested 4 to 6 days before the date of arrival, 40% of the rate will be refunded. ◆ If the cancellation is requested 2 to 3 days before the date of arrival, 30% of the rate will be refunded. ◆ If the cancellation is requested 1 day before the date of arrival, 20% of the rate will be refunded. If the cancellation is made on the day of arrival, no refund will be given.
